Eleanor Carriveau, age 88, of Kinde, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2020. She was born on February 21, 1932 in Chicago, IL, daughter of the late Alberto and Maxine (Ingram) Louis. She married Robert Carriveau on January 31, 1959 in Chicago, IL. Eleanor is survived by her husband, Robert Carriveau of Kinde. Two sons, Frederick Cuevas of Chicago, IL and Mark (Alicia) Carriveau of West Chicago, IL. One daughter, Diane O’Brien and special friend Michael Sikic of Joliet, IL. One daughter-in-law, Lois Cuevas of Bolingbrook, IL. Three grandchildren, Christina (Steve) Larson of Decatur, IL, Robert Peterson of Plainfield, IL., Theresa Carriveau of West Chicago, IL. Three great-grandchildren, Nevaeh Duncan of Plainfield, IL, Joselyn Horrell of Decatur, IL, Darren Peterson of Plainfield, IL. She was an Aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Arthur Cuevas. One brother, Ronald Louis. Three sisters, Belva Huerta, Margaret Escamilla, Lorraine Riesen. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place.
